2. Your definitions of effective and successful should be based on Jiu Jitsu. What makes a practitioner successful? Are there many ways of becoming successful that one would be the most effective?
ReplyDelete3. Training will not really work as an answer. It is correct, but one of those things you could know without any research. You'll want to be more specific.
