Self-Reflection
1.) I think I deserve a P on my senior project. The reason is because i have met all of my requirements as far as senior project goes.
2.) The one thing i have done well with is the service learning. For the past month and a half i have been going every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for three hours each day. I'm practically almost done with my service learning and it's December.
3.) The one thing I need to improve is my research. Since I have a martial arts the research tends to become repetitive. I'm having a difficult time finding new research and actual full articles that count as research.

What I've Learned So Far
1) I have obtained knowledge on different techniques the ju-jitsu has to offer that many other martial arts are not able to use due to their rules of "competition"
2) I am ready to take my next rank,purple belt, test next tuesday due to my return and constant practice at my dojo.
3) I had not returned to my dojo in over a year due to the stressful schedule at school and home. This is now my service learning and it has made me a more experienced fighter in just a matter of weeks.
